Shipping policy

Every piece is pressed by hand in Youngsville, Louisiana. Orders ship within 3 business days; custom and team orders take 7–10.

United States. Standard shipping is $8 and arrives in 3–7 business days. Express is $15 and arrives in 1–3 business days. Standard shipping is free on orders of $70 or more.

International. We ship to Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore and a number of other countries. Rates are calculated at checkout by carrier (USPS or DHL Express). Duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the price.

Tracking. You'll get a tracking number by email the day your order ships.

Local pickup. If you're in Lafayette or Youngsville and would rather pick up, email us before you order and we'll sort it out.

Lost or damaged in transit. Let us know within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll replace the order or refund it.
